This 'billboard' is located along the River Trail, at the confluence of the Ohio and Muskingum Rivers in Marietta, Ohio. The image features a photograph of a painting originally created in 2013, which was later digitally reworked by repainting portions using Procreate and Adobe Illustrator.
The frame was designed by sculptor Todd Morrow, who crafted it from reclaimed objects and structural supports.
This project is a collaboration sponsored by the Marietta Public Arts Council. It was installed in the spring of 2023 and will be on display facing Post Street through 2026, with the possibility of an extended display.
